We are all in this together and we all need to make a shift in our day to day lives. The good news is, every small thing makes a difference. Grassroots Sustainability wants to help you to instil a greater understanding of how you can implement sustainable practices to make a difference. Central to the implementation of practices and procedures is educating to ensure positive impacts for you, your staff and your greater community. This may be done through running a workshop, facilitating a staff meeting, developing workplace policy, running a waste audit or something tailored to your needs. James is engaging and accessible to staff, students and parents both in our Sustainability Group and the wider school community. With a focus on sustainability across the Victorian curriculum, small rural schools such as ours often lack access to resources and rely heavily on volunteers to participate in programs.
